Privacy Policy
The Company (the “Operator”) takes care of your personal data and complies with applicable law when providing the Ecostat app and www.ecostat.net (the “Service”).
1. Data we collect and why

2. Data stored only on your device
Your watchlist (indicators, commodities and stocks saved with the star) and your language choice are stored only on your device and are not sent to the Operator’s servers. They are deleted when you uninstall the app.
3. Retention
- Member and access-rights data: kept until you delete your account (deleted immediately on deletion)
- Server access logs: up to 90 days
- Data we must keep under applicable law is kept separately for the required period.
4. Sharing and processors
The Operator does not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. To run the Service we use the systems of the following providers.

These providers’ servers may be located abroad, so your data may be processed and stored outside your country.
5. Your rights
You may view or ask us to delete your data (delete your account) at any time. You can delete it yourself in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account; see Delete your account for details. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription automatically, so you must cancel it in your store’s subscription settings.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to servers and authentication keys is limited to a small number of people. Features that require access rights respond only to authenticated requests.
7. Children’s data
The Service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect, and 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to users.
